Appearance: This Shiraz presents an alluring dark, intense hue, promising depth and richness.
Aromas: The nose is greeted with the enchanting aroma of ripe red fruit and berries.
Palate: Rich and vibrant flavours of cherries and plums dominate the palate, offering a luscious and full-bodied taste. Subtle hints of violets and pepper on the palate.
Winemaking: This Shiraz was fermented with 30% whole bunches and 70% whole berries. The wine was matured in French oak barrels for 13 months.
