Description
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Deep ruby with purple edges, showing good clarity and concentration.
Aromas: Expressive aromas of blackberry, black plum, and cassis from the Tannat, lifted by red cherry, raspberry, and subtle floral notes from the Cinsault. Hints of spice, dark chocolate.
Palate: Juicy red berry flavors lead the palate, followed by a firm grip of dark berry flavours. Finished by lingering dark fruit, spice, and well-integrated tannins.
Winemaking: A unique blend of bold Tannat and elegant Cinsault, each variety was fermented separately and matured in a mix of new and old oak barrels. After aging, the final blend was carefully composed of 67% Tannat and 33% Cinsault.
