TASTING NOTES
Appearance: A vibrant deep ruby with purple highlights, reflecting the dense concentration of the wine
Aromas: Aromas of fresh red and black fruits like cherries, raspberry, blackberry, and blackcurrant, with a touch of violet florals.
Palate: Bold and full-bodied, the palate offers intense flavours of ripe cherries, plums, and blueberries and cassis. The wine is structured with firm, yet velvety tannins that provide excellent grip.
Winemaking: Whole berries were naturally fermented and aged in second and third fill barrels to deliver a robust and intense wine, ideal for aging but approachable when young.
